Event Support and Sponsorship
The Barossa Council is excited to introduce a new Event Sponsorship Program to support community and visitor events across the region.
The program is run through Council’s Economic Activation and Strategy team and brings together all event support in one place. This includes advice, approvals, help with logistics, and financial sponsorship, making it easier for event organisers to get the support they need.
The program has been created to ensure funding decisions are fair, transparent, and consistent. It also helps Council better understand the value and impact events have on the local community.
Funding is available for a range of events. This includes well-known community events like township Christmas parades, as well as new and growing events that help bring energy, identity, and economic activity to the Barossa.
