Committees and panels Audit & Risk Committee The Audit & Risk Committee monitors financial and risk management and provides advice to Council. Barossa Assessment Panel The Barossa Assessment Panel (BAP) has been established for the purpose of acting as a delegate of the Council in its role as a "relevant authority" under the Planning, Development & Infrastructure Act 2016. Barossa Bushgardens Committee The Barossa Bushgardens Committee has been revoked as of 21 July 2026. Building Fire Safety Committee The Building Fire Safety Committee inspects existing commercial premises to ensure compliance with the requirements of the BCA and Building Fire Safety Policy. CEO Performance Review Committee The role of the CEO Performance Review Committee is to consider all matters relating to the Chief Executive Officer's recruitment, remuneration, employment and performance. Sister Cities Advisory Committee Our Sister Cities Advisory Committee will provide advice and support to Council to enhance Sister City relationships and programs.
