Visitor Services
Barossa Visitor Centre (BVC) is a nationally accredited Visitor Information Centre and one of the busiest in South Australia, assisting more than 60,000 visitors each year through face-to-face, phone, email and online enquiries.
Our role is to curate handmade Barossa experiences and personalised itineraries that inspire visitors to stay longer, explore more of the region and contribute to a thriving local visitor economy.
The Barossa Visitor Services Partner Program invites eligible tourism businesses across the Barossa Tourism Region to partner with us and become part of a trusted network dedicated to showcasing the very best of the Barossa.
Through the program, businesses gain opportunities to increase their visibility, connect with visitors at key decision-making moments, and engage with the wider visitor economy through referrals, promotion, industry support and collaborative initiatives.
Every day, our team connects thousands of visitors with local businesses, helping them discover more experiences, extend their stay and invest more throughout the region. Together, we create memorable visitor experiences while strengthening the Barossa visitor economy.
