Eden Valley Playground

We’re pleased to share that the Playground at Murray Recreation Caravan and Recreation Park, Eden Valley, is receiving a refresh, with improvements shaped by the ideas and feedback of our local community. The upgraded space will offer new opportunities for play and connection, creating a welcoming place for families and visitors to enjoy.

In addition to the new play equipment, the park will see an upgrade to the basketball court, featuring a new bitumen surface and basketball ring, ideal for active play and friendly games. The park will also see improved landscaping, upgraded pathways, and natural play features like large rocks and logs that add a touch of nature while providing fun climbing elements and relaxed seating areas.

Inclusive communication signage will also be introduced, allowing visitors to engage more easily with individuals who use alternative communication methods, such as Auslan. This initiative supports our goal of creating welcoming, accessible spaces for all and we look forward to extending it out additional playgrounds in the future.
