The Mount Pleasant community will see an upgrade to their kitchen facility at Talunga Park after Council agreed to fund a $275,000 renewal.
Gone are the days when the Farmer’s Market only offered pre-prepared food selections. Today its growth and popularity demands cooking on site so locals and visitors can enjoy their Saturday morning outings even more.
The current facility located in the shed connected to the Atrium will be demolished and replaced, with the existing kitchen equipment reinstated to meet the latest environmental health requirements for food safety.
