Another lifesaver finds a home at The Rex

BreastScreen SA’s mobile screening unit will have a new home at The Rex when it visits the Barossa from now on.

Council’s town maintenance and civil team have constructed a concrete slab for the mobile screening unit to park at The Rex Barossa Aquatic Fitness centre in Tanunda, ready for when the service returns to the region from 21 July to 13 November.

Visiting approximately every two years, which is the recommended time between screening mammograms, the service’s new site replaces the previous one which is no
longer available due to the Barossa Creative Industries Centre development.
