Asset Management Plan
On this page
Council manages about $500M of assets that are a primary driver of community, economic and social benefit, for example;
- Transport assets, including roads and footpaths.
- Community wastewater systems.
- Recreation assets, including ovals, parks and gardens,
- Buildings including halls, club rooms, administration offices,
- Stormwater infrastructure and bridges.
To manage the extensive amount of assets these plans guide investment, replacement, upgrading, maintenance and other service levels.
