If you are looking for a new or modified trade waste connection, or an increase in flow from a current connection to our CWMS you will need to apply for a trade waste discharge using the application form below.

Information provided will be used to conduct a risk assessment to determine that the trade waste connection will not affect the safe operation of the CWMS its connected to in compliance with the Water Industry Act 2012. The two main elements assessed are the quality and quantity of the trade waste.

Any changes to a trade waste discharge may require payment of a CWMS Augmentation Fee, equivalent to normal domestic loading of the network.
