Roles and Responsibilities
Wheatfields are looking for friendly, approachable, empathetic and support of other people. The most important part of volunteering is spending time with residents and helping them enjoy their day.
Activities may include:
- Companionship and social visits
- Assisting with activities, such as: Craft, Music, Gardening, Games, Reading and Conversation
- Supporting group activities or spending time one-on-one with residents
- Assisting with outings or events
- Supporting lifestyle programs
- Helping create a fun, positive, and engaging environment
