Volunteer Code of Conduct
When carrying out their roles, volunteers of The Barossa Council are required to comply with the rules and standards set out in our Volunteer Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct is consistent with industry best practices and community expectations of our volunteers.
If you think there has been a breach of our Code of Conduct, you can make a complaint following the procedures set out in the relevant document. Our Complaint Handling Process defines how complaints of alleged breaches of a Code of Conduct are handled.
All involved volunteer organisations should have their own policies and processes relevant to their group.
