Our Town: A Children’s Guide to Tanunda is a collaborative exhibition developed from the work of Foundation students from Faith Lutheran College through walking, observation and connection to place.
As active participants within their community, the project considers children as active contributors to the cultural life of their town.
Presented across both the Barossa Regional Gallery and the township during SALA festival, the exhibition unfolds as a child-led walking experience through Tanunda, with the Gallery as a hub.
Our Town, invites audiences to slow down, look closely and experience Tanunda through the eyes of some of its youngest observers.
The Barossa Regional Gallery is currently located at the front of The Barossa Museum, 47 Murray Street, Tanunda. Opening hours are Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
