Photograph, video and audio permission and release form
The Barossa Council occasionally uses photographs, videos and audios (the content) of patrons and events in a range of Council publications, promotional marketing and online through the website and associated social media applications. Please sign this release form to grant Council the permission to use your/and or your child’s photo.
I hereby give my unconditional permission to The Barossa Council to use photographs, videos and/or audios taken of me (and/or child) on the date of this permission and release for the purposes of promoting, publicising and advertising Council and its programs, initiatives and community services.
I expressly release The Barossa Council from any claim for financial compensation now and in the future, arising out of the use of the photographs, videos and/or audios in accordance with this permission and release.
I expressly acknowledge and agree that all rights in the content, including the copyright therein, and the ownership of the content belong to The Barossa Council.
I understand that The Barossa Council may use the content in newspapers, magazines, advertisements, newsletters, brochures and other promotional material including online and through social media channels, and I expressly authorise such use.
I acknowledge the right of The Barossa Council and give express permission for them to edit the photographs, videos and audios at its discretion. I acknowledge that The Barossa Council may not use the content at this immediate time, but may choose to do so at a later date and also expressly authorise such later use.
I also understand and acknowledge that once the content is posted on The Barossa Council website and/or social media application, that it can be downloaded.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Barossa Council from any claims arising from such activities and expressly include within the scope of this indemnity and release the following persons:
- All employees at The Barossa Council
- Elected Members of The Barossa Council, including the Mayor and CEO
