We are excited to invite you to take part in our upcoming community beanie exhibition as part of our Firstival 2026 celebrations.

Help us to create a fabulous display of community creativity and submit a beanie for inclusion in our inaugural Beanie Firstival.

This is wonderful opportunity to share your work with the community, be part of a celebration of local creatives and makers – we cannot wait to showcase your creations.

When: Wednesday 1 July to Saturday 18 July

What to Submit: A decorated beanie – handmade or purchased.

Submission Deadline: Close of business – Monday 29 June

Terms and conditions of submission

By checking this box, you agree to the following terms and conditions of submitting a work to the Barossa Council Public Library 2026 Firstival Beanie exhibition
- Library staff will be responsible for the display of beanies
- Library staff will not be responsible for the sales of or collection of contact details in order to facilitate the sale of beanies
- Your artist statement and full name will be on display alongside your artwork unless you request to remain anonymous
- The Barossa Council Public Library not be held liable for any damages sustained
- All beanies to be submitted to the Nuriootpa Library by close of business Monday 29 June 2026. This form must be completed prior to delivery
- On conclusion of the exhibition it is the entrants responsibility to collect their beanie by close of business Saturday 1 August 2026. Items remaining after this time will be disposed of at the libraries discretion
- I am over 18 years of age or if under 18 years this form has been submitted by a parent or guardian
- All the information I have provided on this form is true and correct
